The 11 European players who travelled out to Asia have returned home after a week’s intensive training in China.�The group are part of Badminton Europe’s development project focused on improving the level of European players participating at the Olympic Games.�These talented badminton players have been selected as they show potential to qualify for the London 2012 edition.
The SOTX Team 2012 players have had a busy week in China.�They have been training in Yinchuan, Ningxia Province from 20 – 30 June.�The activities in China have been organised by Badminton Europe’s development partner SOTX Sports.�

On Saturday, the players competed in a team competition against players from the SOTX Bayi badminton team.�The match was played in front of 1400 spectators and shown live on television.�The team from China won the match and were given a good contest by the European players.
